About work
We are looking for an Operations Specialist in Tanzania who can help us grow our supply base, track all of our business metrics, and ensure all of our operations are efficient and effective. This is one of Bolt's main roles in any city. He will work closely with the Country Manager as his business will have a direct impact on growing the business by achieving key sourcing milestones and metrics.
Leadership in management, communication, and activities of the driver community: honesty, transparency, and commitment to drivers is our priority
Collaborate with local operations and other local teams/headquarters to collect and act on feedback gathered from the driver community.
Operational Supply Management in Tanzania: Acting Independently and Taking Initiatives to Build Brand Reputation, Driver Retention, and Loyalty
Become a subject matter expert in the industry and be an effective link between Bolt and the driver community.
Develop and implement strategies/initiatives to increase positive engagement with the driver community
You have more than 2 years of experience in an analytical position.
You are a great collaborator and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Swahili.
You are highly analytical, have a data-driven mindset, and have excellent Excel skills.
You are a thief, do not stop after several obstacles a day.
You are passionate about new technologies and transportation services.
You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
You are meticulous and organized.
Cares about customers and will strive to strengthen its driver value proposition to ensure offering growth
Experience in the sharing economy, technology business, transportation industry, start-up, or a dynamic, high-growth company.
Experience in product launch or business management.
