The Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) is an Executive Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade responsible for business administration and regulation of the laws; namely Companies Registration, Business Names Registration, Trade, and Service Marks Registration, granting of Patents and issuing of Industrial License. It was established under the Government Executive Agencies Act No. 30 of 1997 and formally launched on 3rd December 1999.

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide technical support related to networks.
- Maintenance and repair of all networks operated by the Agency, including backup networks.
- Participation in the design and installation of networks, their accessories and equipment.
- For the maintenance and repair of active and passive network equipment;
- To fix all network related issues;
- To manage local area network systems, wireless and telephone systems (PBX).
- Document and communicate network-related issues, solutions, and the implementation process;
- To assign network resources and user accounts;
- Provide inputs for the preparation of periodic reports;
- Provide information for the development and review of policies and guidelines; Y
- Perform any other function assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems and Network Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronic and Communications Engineering, Information and Communications Systems Management or equivalent computer science-related degree from recognized institutions. .
